Geoff has over 40 years' experience in maritime and coastal engineering having worked around the world on a variety of projects.
Before establishing AME in 2010, Geoff was the manager of the company-wide maritime business of a large multinational consultant. Geoff has substantial experience in the investigation, planning, design and construction of container terminals, dry bulk import/export terminals, LNG jetties, breakwaters, small craft facilities and shore protection works.

Tom has approximately 15 years' experience as a maritime engineer, having worked in the UK, Dubai, and throughout Australia on maritime and port infrastructure projects. Tom has gained valuable experience on both large scale greenfield LNG and iron ore port developments as well as dredging, small craft facilities and coastal protetion works.
Tom is a founding director of AW Maritime Pty Ltd and continues to work with Geoff on a range of maritime projects throughout Australia.
